WJIF $19k forfeiture for EAS and failure to respond

The FCC has notified Opp Educational Broadcasting Foundation, licensee of WJIF that it is apparently liable for $19,000 due to the failure to comply with EAS rules ($8,000) and for twice failing to respond to the FCC ($11,000).  Word version of Notice. PDF version.
