Public File Update Required

The FCC has updated the document “The Public and Broadcasting”, which provides a brief, non-technical overview of the FCC’s regulation of radio and television, including Public Inspection File requirements. Full-service FCC licensed broadcast stations are required to keep a copy of this document in its Public Inspection File. Copies of the document may be obtained from the FCC as a pdf or viewed as a web page.
