WKCS – Falcon Radio Interviews Mayor

WBIR-TV, an NBC affiliate in Knoxville posted this item on its web site.   From the post, “On Tuesday, the students behind Falcon Radio kicked off a new program and had a special guest. Knox County Mayor Tim Burchett was the first big interview for the students.”

The stations web site says this HS station started in 1952 and is one of only four high school stations in Tennessee.  The FCC web site lists the station as operating at 310 watts with an HAAT off 22 meters, but the 60 dBu map seems to indicate that it covers most of the city.
