FCC Extends Commercial Ownership Report Due Date

In April of this year, the FCC changed the proceedures concerning the filing of biennial ownership reports. The changes included the form and data submitted and required all stations to file on November 1 as opposed to its prio staggered approach. Because the new forms have not been approved by the Office of Management and Budget, the FCC “extended” the filing deadline for form 323. The deadline will be no earlier than 30 days after the FCC has received approval. Read the order here.
