FCC Deadlines

The FCC has indefinitely suspended the  Nov. 1 deadline for submitting biennial ownership reports for commercial radio stations. Licensees will have a minimum of 30 days to file their reports once the new 323 forms are approved.

Noncommercial biennial ownership reports for radio stations in Alabama, Connecticut, Georgia, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and Rhode Island are due Dec. 1.

Mid-Term Reports (Form 397) are due 12/1 for radio stations in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and Rhode Island. The reports must be filed electronically.

EEO reports must be placed in Public Inspection File by Dec. 1 for radio stations in Alabama, Connecticut, Georgia, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and Rhode Island.
