NSMC Denver: Oct. 22-25, 2025
The 2025 CBI NSMC will be held Oct. 22-25
at the Embassy Suites Downtown in Denver.
• Hotel rooms (single, double, triple or quad occupancy) are $214/night plus state and local taxes/fees. Room rate includes free guest room wi-fi, daily made-to-order breakfast and a daily complimentary evening reception, plus access to the heated indoor pool and fitness center. Reservations are open now!
• National Student Production Awards entries are open! The entry deadline is Thursday, May 15.
• Session proposals are being accepted now! The priority deadline is Friday, Aug. 1.
