College TV Station Recruits Talent

From this post, we see that this college TV station is recruiting talent in a public manner.  “Loyalist College’s Television and New Media Production students are looking for on-screen talent in the Quinte and Belleville area to take part in their 2011-2012 productions.”  It appears from this post and personal observations that one of the big struggles with student operated TV stations is not getting people to do the work, rather having people that are willing to step in front of the camera!  How does your station deal with this issue or is your station the opposite and how do you deal with it?
