Accidental EAS Test Generates Fine

While it is difficult to glean all of the details from the FCC order, it appears that an accidentally sent required weekly test resulted in a $5,000 fine. The triggering factor seems to be that the station had not taken proper steps to prevent an accidental activation of the EAS equipment.
