Barbara Walters Gives Archives to Sarah Lawrence College

Ms. Walters, the veteran broadcaster, said she would donate her archives, including papers, recordings and photographs from her television career, to Sarah Lawrence College in Bronxville, N.Y., her alma mater, The Journal News reported. Ms. Walters, who recently signed off from the ABC daytime talk show “The View,” and has previously been a co-host of “20/20,” an anchor of ABC’s “Evening News” and a co-host of NBC’s “Today” Show, officially made the announcement at the college’s commencement ceremony on Friday, where she appeared with the school’s president, Karen Lawrence.
