Karyn Ablin

Karyn Ablin is a Member at Fletcher, Heald & Hildreth PLC, a D.C.-area firm concentrating on communications, technology, and intellectual property issues. She has devoted much of her 22 years of experience to litigating music licensing and other copyright issues before the Copyright Royalty Judges, the ASCAP Rate Court, and federal courts. Karyn represented both the National Association of Broadcasters and the National Religious Broadcasters Noncommercial Music License Committee in the most recent webcasting proceeding before the Copyright Royalty Judges to set sound recording performance rates for 2016-2020. Karyn also helps webcasters, broadcasters, and other clients negotiate music licenses with ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC and helps clients navigate thorny music licensing and other copyright issues, including issues involving Global Music Rights. Karyn graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Virginia School of Law and served as Executive Editor of the Virginia Law Review.

Tom Ackerman

Sports Director at KMOX who has covered Super Bowl, World Series and now Stanley Cup championship teams who, after  graduating from Indiana University, started in a minimum-wage position at KMOX as board operator during Cardinals and Blues games.

Matt Anderson 

Matt Anderson is the Director of Custom Imaging for Benztown and its audio affiliates across the U.S. and Canada. Prior to joining Benztown, Anderson was Creative Services Director for iHeartMedia in Boston. He also served iHeartMedia as Programming/Production Assistant for its six-station group in Providence.
Matt will present the Vendor Session: Radio Imaging Masterclass.

Lisa Ballance

Lisa Ballance has been a General Sales Manager for iHeartMedia’s KLOU-FM, KATZ-AM, KATZ-FM, and KATZ-FM HD in St. Louis since May of 2018.  She transferred to St. Louis from Nashville, where she was GSM for iHeartfor 6 years.  She  was also a Market Manager for Clear Channel in Alexandria, LA.  Lisa started her radio career in Fairbanks AK in 2000.  Her and her husband of 28 years have two daughters which both are away at college in Tennessee but are not empty nesters they have a 2-year-old rescue dog from Puerto Rico named Yadi!

Cody Beck

Cody Beck is the Product Manager for CinemaBlend. He grew up right across the river from St. Louis, in Alton, IL where he majored in Psychology before studying entrepreneurship in New York City. When not starting new projects at CinemaBlend, he’s talking true crime and ghost stories for American Hauntings Podcast, making pizza t-shirts, or flipping Goodwill finds on the internet. Drew Bennett

Drew Bennett is one of the industry’s leading authorities on music scheduling. He has written university and online courses for some of today’s most used music scheduling systems including MusicMaster and, most recently, GSelector. He is a 30-year radio veteran and currently manages the sales department for scheduling products at RCS.
Drew will co-present Vendor Session: Investing in Your Career Through GSelector Certification.

Julie Burstein

Julie Burstein is a Peabody Award-winning radio producer, TED speaker, and the author of Spark: How Creativity Works (Harper). She has spent her working life in conversation with highly creative people – interviewing, probing, guiding, and creating public radio programs, podcasts, and live events about them and their work. Her TED talk, 4 Lessons in Creativity, has been viewed 2 million times.
Julie is the creator of Studio 360, public radio’s award-winning program about creativity and the arts.  She produced and directed TEDxMet for The Metropolitan Museum of Art and she has created and hosted live conversation series and radio programs for The Met, The American Museum of Natural History, Carnegie Hall, The New York Philharmonic, The Smithsonian, and many other cultural institutions.  Julie lectures and leads workshops about creativity at conferences, universities, corporations, and museums all over the world.

Chad Carpenter

Chad Carpenter is the executive director of Middle West Movies (MWM), a St. Louis based nonprofit motion picture production company. MWM provides Midwestern movie makers the chance to develop their craft close to home as opposed to more competitive markets with higher costs of living. Chad wrote, directed, and produced the feature film “Dog Days in the Heartland.” MWM exhibited “Dog Days in the Heartland” in a limited release at four theaters in Kansas and Missouri. MWM is currently producing the feature films “The Man In Room 6” with Live or Die Productions in St. Louis, MO and “Mad City” with Five Lakes Films in Madison, WI. MWM is also producing a short film, “Are You Alright?”, with Forever An Astronaut in St. Louis. MWM would like to begin distributing other local independent films across the Midwest in 2019.

April Carty-Sipp

April Carty-Sipp has over 20 years of experience in the television industry leading marketing, branding, creative and programming teams for corporations such as Disney ABC Television Group and Comcast/NBCUniversal.  She is currently the Senior Vice President of Television and Radio for the National Association of Broadcasters.
Carty-Sipp has worked in senior management in television for more than 20 years, most recently as vice president/director of programming at Disney ABC-owned WPVI-TV Philadelphia. In that position, Carty-Sipp led local programming, production and the public affairs departments at WPVI. She also supervised original programming at the station.
Before her five-year stint at WPVI, Carty-Sipp worked for 12 years in the creative and marketing departments at Comcast/NBC Universal. She was ultimately promoted to Senior Vice President of Creative Services and Brand Integration for NBC Regional Sports Networks, which consisted of 14 sports, news and entertainment networks available in 50 million U.S. homes.
Earlier in her career, Carty-Sipp worked in senior programming and promotions positions at Paramount Stations Group-owned WPSG-TV Philadelphia. Her first field-related job in television was working for the Philadelphia Phillies at Veterans Stadium.
Carty-Sipp has received numerous awards in her television career, including six Mid-Atlantic Emmy Awards. She is a graduate of Rowan University with a BA in Communications, specializing in Radio/TV/Film.
April will present Sports Production Behind-the-Scenes, co-present Talent vs Tech: Becoming a Well-Rounded Staff Member and Getting Your First Job in TV.

Clayton Collier

Clayton Collier is a sports anchor/reporter for ABC Local 24 and CW-30 in Memphis, TN, where he covers the NBA’s Memphis Grizzlies and Div. I football and basketball with the Memphis Tigers. Clayton also co-hosts Sonic High School Sports Blast, a weekly 30-minute preps sports program on CW30.
Prior to Memphis, Clayton was a weekend sports anchor at KFYR-TV in Bismarck, North Dakota, covering everything from high school sports to the North Dakota State Bison—even some rodeo too!
Clayton graduated Cum Laude from Seton Hall University with a BA in Journalism. As the Sports Director for WSOU 89.5 FM, he provided play-by-play commentary for Seton Hall men’s and women’s basketball games, including the Pirates’ 2016 BIG EAST Championship win over Villanova.
During his senior year at Seton Hall, Clayton worked as a production assistant at SNY (SportsNet New York), the flagship station of the New York Mets. He was also a freelance writer for CBS Local Sports.
Clayton is a 2012 graduate of St. Anthony’s High School and is originally from Port Jefferson, NY.

Carol Daniel

Carol A. Daniel is first and foremost a mother and wife. She and her husband are the proud and exhausted parents of two sons, Patrick Daniel Jr., the computer whiz, and Marcus Isiah Daniel, the actor and comedian.
Carol began her career at the “Voice of St. Louis” in 1995 as an anchor, reporter and talk show host. She was hired when the program director at the time was driving to Memphis, and heard Carol on the air at a radio station in Cape Girardeau, Mo. Two weeks later, she moved to St. Louis and was working at KMOX. While she began her radio career in college, Carol brings a wealth of experience to KMOX. She was once a campaign organizer, a recruiter for the U.S. Census Bureau, and even worked as a substitute teacher. Carol is a gifted motivational speaker who believes in the biblical verse, “To whom much is given, much is required.” Carol helped launch the Emmy-winning television talk show, “Great Day St. Louis,” where she was a cohost for four years. She is also an award-winning columnist — she was honored twice with a National Newspaper Association award for her column, “Carol’s Journal,” which ran for nearly 10 years in the St. Louis American Newspaper. In 2014, Carol published her first book, “All I Ever Wanted: Relationships, Marriage, Family.” A children’s book is in the works. Carol has been honored for her work by the Missouri Broadcasters Association, St. Louis Association of Black Journalists, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, the Monsanto YWCA, and she is a member of the YWCA Women’s Leader Class of 2005. Carol has also received the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. State Celebration Commission’s Distinguished Local Media award. Carol is a military brat, raised in Fort Leonard Wood, Mo., where her father retired after 27 years in the U.S. Army. She is a member of New Life in Christ Interdenominational Church in O’Fallon, Ill., where she and her husband launched the couple’s ministry, “Journey to Oneness” or “J2O.”

Max Datner

Max Datner grew up in Philadelphia, where the culture of music and broadcasting has as rich a history as throwing objects at professional athletes. Max chose to be passionate about two of these things, starting his first radio show at his high-school station, WHHS, and interning as a production assistant on NPR’s World Cafe radio show at WXPN.
At WPTS in Pittsburgh, he hosted programs that featured music from Spanish and Portuguese speaking parts of the world, new music releases, and commentary on current events. Max spent a year as the Music Director at WPTS, the highlight of which was definitely talking on the phone with the promoters at Planetary, where he now works.
Now that he is on the other side of those calls, Max is working to make musicians’ (and DJs’) dreams come true. Among his other LA endeavors are recording his own music and growing his Top 200 Burger Chart.
Datner will present on the Getting What You Need from the Music Industry panel.

Erica Farber

As President and CEO of the Radio Advertising Bureau, Erica Farber leads Radio’s advocacy efforts by helping to drive business, grow advertising revenue, and communicate Radio’s digital transition. Farber joined the Radio Advertising Bureau in January, 2012, as Executive Vice President, responsible for membership, services and professional development. She has held nearly every position in Radio Sales & Management including rising through the ranks at the INTEREP Companies and serving as Executive Vice President/Radio Development Director. During the early years of her career she held positions at KRTH-FM, KABC-TV, and KIIS-AM in Los Angeles. Her radio management career grew quickly when she was appointed General Sales Manager and General Manager of WROR-FM in Boston in the same year. Her success then led to an appointment as Vice President/General Manager of WXLO-FM, In New York. In 2012 she was named one of the Giants of Broadcasting by the Library of American Broadcasting.

Brian Flynn

Mr. Flynn is an Emmy Award winning set designer who has worked on over 2000 unique productions. He has worked for all the major TV networks and for numerous foreign news producers. Mr. Flynn also works on infomercials (wait there’s more), non-broadcast corporate projects, and for schools and colleges throughout the United States. Currently his work can be seen on the new syndicated talk show “The Doctor and The Diva”, and on a number of informercials featuring chef Emeril Lagasse. Mr. Flynn lives in the western hills of NJ, in the town of Blairstown. He also offers a catalog of news desks, and off the shelf studio news and talk show designs on his website www.newsdesksusa.com.

Tom Franklin

I am the News Editor for NewsRadio 1120 KMOX. A native St. Louisan, I have 11 years of experience in news radio, working in markets small-to-large. In addition, I serve as a public address voice for St. Louis University and the University of Missouri-St. Louis athletics and host the Bluenotes podcast on the newly-formed Hockey Podcast Network. All of this was made possible by hours of hard work mixed with two simple words: “just ask.”

David Greene

Dave Greene has been in broadcasting for over 25 years, starting as an intern at KFNS in St. Louis in 1994.  Over that span, Greene has been a talk-show host, play-by-play broadcaster, Program Director, General Manager, Market Manager and an Operating Partner.  Greene was named one of the “40 under 40” by the St. Louis Business Journal in 2010.  Currently, Greene is a General Sales Manager with Entercom in St. Louis.  Greene has instructed at Broadcast Center and been a guest speaker at numerous college campuses in the Midwest.  Greene resides in Kirkwood, MO with his wife, Betsy, and three daughters, Elizabeth (15), Abby (13) and Lily (10).

Brooke Grimsley

A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, before her current position as a reporter for KMOV News 4 in St. Louis, worked as a Sports Reporter / Anchor at KFSM, the CBS affiliate in Fayetteville, Ark.
Brooke will present Getting Your Foot in the Sports Broadcasting Door.

Laura Hettiger

Laura helps St. Louisans navigate their morning commute by leading KMOV’s traffic coverage. After the morning drive, she hosts Great Day St. Louis—the CBS affiliate’s mid-morning lifestyle show. The Illinois native started with Channel 4 in August 2012 and won her first Emmy Award for her coverage of the Ferguson unrest. This year, Laura was voted Favorite TV News Anchorwoman and Twitter feed by St. Louis Magazine.  
Before coming to St. Louis, she started her career at the NBC affiliate in Charleston, S.C. She is a proud University of Illinois alumna with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Journalism. During her time in Champaign, Laura was a cheerleader for the Fighting Illini and a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority.
One of Laura’s greatest passions is charity work. She started her own 5K called Laura’s Run 4 Kids benefitting The Little Bit Foundation, an organization that helps children in St. Louis Public Schools. In the first two years, the run raised over $100,000. The third annual Laura’s Run 4 Kids will be in April 2020.

Justin Holmes and Lacey Turner

Lacey Turner and Justin Holmes are from 35MultiMedia Productions in St. Louis. They have been featured on Fox 2, Allman Report ABC 30, Real STL News, Platform 314 and STL TV. Justin Holmes, CEO & Cinematographer oversees all of the film and photography work along with maintaining and growing our clients social media. Lacey Turner, who is the writer and director has written numerous projects but is most noticed for writing the critically acclaimed drama series titled “The Lou.” 

Alex Heuer

Alex Heuer is an executive producer at St. Louis Public Radio where he leads a team that produces the station’s flagship talk show, “St. Louis on the Air.” Prior to that, Alex worked as a reporter and producer at Iowa Public Radio. He started his career as a student reporter at Western Illinois University where he graduated summa cum laude with a degree in history. He earned a master’s degree in public policy administration with a focus in nonprofit organization management and leadership from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Alex has won local and national awards for reporting and producing and his stories have been featured nationally on NPR.
Alex will present on the Preparation for Daily Radio Shows panel.

Sarah Hutchins

Sarah Hutchins oversees IRE’s editorial content, including the organization’s audio, website, social media accounts and online training platforms. She also serves as managing editor of IRE’s quarterly magazine, The IRE Journal. Sarah launched the IRE Radio Podcast in 2014 and his edited nearly 100 episodes. She came to IRE from The Virginian-Pilot in Norfolk, Va., where she worked as a reporter covering public safety and education. Sarah has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Indiana University and a master’s degree in data science from the University of Missouri. Find her on Twitter at @sarhutch.

Carrie Juenger

Carrie Juenger is a filmmaker and award-winning conceptual artist from St. Louis, Missouri.  She is known for her experimental short films and her most recent body of work which utilizes horses as a symbol for girlhood trauma. On set, Carrie works closely with the production design department, often designing sets, developing wardrobes, and selecting key props essential to the making of the film.  She believes in the raw power of speaking through objects as a crucial part of any artform.
Carrie will co-present Indie Guerrilla Filmmaking in the Digital Age.

Trevor Juenger

Trevor Juenger is an award-winning filmmaker from St. Louis, Missouri. He’s known for low-budget, genre-bending horror films as well as surrealist and experimental shorts. His films generally deal with the psychology of psychosis, focusing on introspective characters whose reality don’t match the outside world. Trevor is an auteur, working intimately with all departments.
Trevor will co-present Indie Guerrilla Filmmaking in the Digital Age.

Chris Kerber

19-year NHL veteran broadcaster for the St. Louis Blues  who started by riding busses in the East Coast Hockey League with Birmingham after graduating from Miami University in Ohio in 1994.
Chris will present Play-by-Play Basics.

David Klann

David Klann started in radio with a degree from the University of Wisconsin, Platteville and a brief career in commercial radio in Dubuque, IQ (WDBQ), Rockford, IL (WYFE), and Milwaukee, WI (WLPX). Klann’s career took a left turn when he was bitten by the personal computer bug. While pursuing his career in IT Klann and a small cadre of other volunteers submitted an application for a full-power NCE station in the 2007 FCC filing window. WDRT went on the air in September, 2010. WDRT, 91.9FM has been on the air and online ever since. Klann has since started a small consulting enterprise, Broadcast Tool & Die LLC, helping radio stations with their technical infrastructure, especially automation. https://broadcasttool.com/

Mike Kleckner

Mike Kleckner graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Mizzou Journalism school in 2009. He has spent several years working in the creative, advertising, & marketing industry. This includes roles at Stealth Creative and Brighton before starting his own marketing consultancy, Kleck. Everywhere he has worked, Mike has worn a lot of hats. The majority of his work has focused on account service, new business development, project management, & marketing strategy. Mike is now an Executive Producer at 90 Degrees West, a full-service motion media firm, focusing on new business development and account service. Mike lives in Kirkwood with his wife, son, dog, and two cats.
Mike will co-present the Getting Your First Job in TV panel.

Pat Kogos

Pat Kogos is a Business Analyst at Washington University in St. Louis in Information Technology. She is co-chair of the WashU Web Accessibility Users Group. Pat helps educate the university community on best practices for accessibility so users with disabilities and people using assistive technologies will have equal access to web content and other digital materials. Her group focuses on Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 as established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
Pat has been a long-time advocate for and volunteer within the visually impaired community. She has served on the board of the Delta Gamma Center for Children with Visual Impairments, performed vision screening of children in preschools, and has chaired and volunteered at events to support people who are blind or visually impaired.
Pat will serve on the Improving Accessibility for Social Media panel.

Gabe Kovacs

Gabe Kovacs is the Video & Podcast Producer for CinemaBlend. He studied Film & Photography at Webster University and currently spends his free time playing Ice Hockey, video games, or interviewing celebrities for the ReelBlend Podcast. Find him at @gabeKovacs.

Keith Kraus

I’m a believer in strong partnerships, as a manager internally, and also externally with our clients that are so very important to us. Josh Lawson

Josh Lawson is a young engineer working for iHeartMedia St. Louis. He graduated from University of Indianapolis’s Communication program this past May, while working for Q95 and WNDE Indianapolis helping with remote broadcasts. His background before that includes IT work, managing his university station’s engineering department, and working with TV flypacks to stream football games to GLVC network. He hopes to continue to learn and grow in his profession through the training opportunities provided by iHeart. His hobbies include spending time outdoors doing things such as camping, hiking, hunting, and golfing.
Josh will co-present on The Next Generation of Broadcast Engineers.

Sara McCloskey

Sara McCloskey is the Virginia State Capitol Reporter for Nexstar Media Group and reports on the Virginia General Assembly as well as statewide issues as a multimedia journalist. Before to moving to Richmond, Virginia in 2018, McCloskey was a producer and reporter in Burlington, Vermont at WVNY / WFFF and was a radio newscaster at WHCU in Ithaca, New York after graduating from college in 2015.

Nathan Mumford

Working in radio for over a decade, Nate Mumford is a northeast native who has built and consulted numerous radio stations. After a lengthy tenure as the Director of Digital Operations and Program Director for Berkshire Broadcasting, Nate joined RCS, the worldwide leader in radio software, where he won the Support Technician of the Year in his first year. Since then, Nate co-wrote and produced RCS’ GSelector Certification Program, currently developing the same Certification for Zetta automation and travels the U.S. as the Director of Sales Engineering, training, installing and demoing RCS software for stations and programmers of all skill levels.

David Oxenford

David Oxenford has represented broadcasters on legal issues in Washington D.C. for over 35 years on matters ranging from the purchase and sale of broadcast properties and the negotiation of programming agreements to regulatory matters. In addition to representing station owners, he represents many others involved in the industry, including a number of state broadcast associations and the National Association of Media Brokers.
He also represents webcasters and other digital media companies on copyright, music licensing and other issues, having been involved in all of the webcasting royalty proceedings before the Copyright Royalty Board.
David is a regular speaker at broadcast and digital music conferences, and he is the principal writer of the Broadcast Law Blog, www.broadcastlawblog.com, which covers legal issues for broadcasters and digital media companies. He also has consulted with the governments of developing countries on the implementation of democratic principles in their broadcasting and media laws.

Kae Petrin

Kae Petrin covers public transportation and housing as a digital reporter for St. Louis Public Radio. They write for web and radio, take photos and video for multimedia storytelling, and analyze data to produce graphics. Kae began reporting investigative stories in 2016 and has since covered landlords, development deals and public datasets. Kae won the 2019 Missouri Broadcasters Association award for Convergent Media. Kae’s bylines have appeared in St. Louis Magazine, The Riverfront Times, Alton’s Telegraph, The Common Reader and Shakespeare & Punk. They have a bachelor’s from Washington University in St. Louis and a programming certificate from LaunchCode.
Kae will present The Swiss Army Reporter.

Travis Ploeger

Travis Ploeger is the Director of the License Management department, which is responsible for the processing of all submissions from licensees for their uses of sound recordings, including payments, Statements of Account and Reports of Use. As the public face for SoundExchange when interacting with digital music services, his team answers questions and provides information regarding statutory licensing. To date, SoundExchange has paid out in excess of $6 billion in royalties to recording artists and rights owners.

Dana Schaeffer

Dana Schaeffer is a Producer at ABC News Radio in New York City, working with ABC correspondents, digital and radio station affiliates across the nation. Dana began her radio career at William Paterson University, WPSC 88.7FM and helped support the start of College Radio Day. In 2012, she interned for the Scott and Todd Morning Show at 95.5PLJ. After that internship, she called CBS Radio her home for five years, working a variety of stations, before settling in at 1010 WINS as a News Producer. At WINS, she covered live broadcast events — including the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade — and was able to expand her knowledge in editing, producing and news writing. 
On a whim, she moved to Los Angeles, and for the last three years she did everything from video production to producing The Bill Handel Show on KFI-AM, JoJo On The Radio on KIIS-FM and the globally-syndicated iHeartRadio Countdown. She moved back to NYC in the beginning of 2019 and has been at ABC ever since.

Eric Schmid

Eric Schmid covers the Metro East area in Illinois for St. Louis Public Radio. He joins the news team as its first Report for America corps member and is tasked with expanding KWMU’s coverage east from the Mississippi. Before joining St. Louis Public Radio, Eric held competitive internships at Fox News Channel, NPR-affiliate WSHU Public Radio and AccuWeather. As a news fellow at WSHU’s Long Island Bureau, he covered governments and environmental issues as well as other general assignments.
Eric grew up in Northern Colorado but attended Stony Brook University, in New York where he earned his degree in journalism in 2018. He is an expert skier, avid reader and lifelong musician—he plays saxophone and clarinet.

Glenn Schuck

Glenn Schuck began his radio career at Seton Hall University’s WSOU as News Director and Station Manager. Schuck began his professional radio career as a DJ for such stations as WJRZ, PST/Trenton, WAAF /Boston and as morning host in California. In 1995 Glenn started anchoring business reports for CNBC. Glenn left CNBC for Metro Networks. Then Glenn joined 1010 WINS as a reporter, and the same month was named News Director for Metro. Glenn left Metro News and added anchor duties to his reporting at 1010 WINS. Glenn was the first radio reporter to inspect Ground Zero with Mayor and contributed to an HBO documentary and two books. Schuck has won many awards for his work from the New York Press Club, AP and NY AIR Awards. He has appeared on CNN, NY1 News, MSNBC and more. Glenn also served as President of the New York Press Club from 2009-2012.

George Sirois

George Sirois is the author of the international bestselling novel Excelsior and its two sequels. He served as President of the Missouri Writers Guild from 2017-2018, and is the host and producer of the podcast Excelsior Journeys, part of the Winding Trails Media Podcasting Network. Patrick Sprehe

Patrick Sprehe had been a teacher for 25 years, first serving with the Peace Corps in Kazakhstan, and then moving on to Raleigh, NC; Oakland, CA; and Tokyo, Japan. He spent his last 13 years teaching at Academie Lafayette, a French language immersion school in Kansas City. As he approached 50, a conversation with James Andrews led to the decision to make a difference in the Kansas City music community. James Andrews has worked in the publishing business since 1999 and is now part-owner of Andrews McMeel Universal. 
Founded in 2017, Center Cut Records’ mission is to illuminate the amazing collection of musical talent in Kansas City and solidify its place in the national discussion about sonic art. Center Cut  released Calvin Arsenia’s album “Cantaloupe” in the fall of 2018 to national acclaim, and recently released his follow-up, “LA Sessions” which was recorded with legendary session players and shows another side of the multi-talented Arsenia. Center Cut plans to release their next artist’s album in early 2020, along with releasing or reissuing some lost gems from other Kansas City artists.

Working within key corners of the music industry has kept Kat Tansey connected to radio for over a decade. As a Merchandise Director for Triple 8 Management, Kat focused her work on brand promotions, working with some of the most popular artists of today. Joining the RCS team in 2019, Kat brings a deep understanding of brand growth and development. Her creative solutions to the RCS sales department have given her team an extra advantage in meeting RCS sales goals and brand awareness.
