Decorated war veteran to run college radio program

Palomar College Television and Radio is now under the control of recently-hired manager Jim Odom.
Odom, who served an over 20-year-long enlistment in the Air Force Armed Forces Radio and Television Broadcast division, is no stranger to the technical demands of his new job. However, being the first person to occupy his position in years, his performance could set a precedent for followers.
